- Personalized Items: Custom orders, such as engraved necklaces or bracelets, take 3-5 business days for personalization. During this time, our artisans carefully craft and perfect your piece.
- Non-Personalized Items: Orders without customization are processed within 1-3 business days.
3. Quality Check & Packaging
Before shipping, each product undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure it meets our high standards. We then pack your jewelry in our luxurious BondLuxe gift boxes, making it perfect for gifting or storing.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the progress of your package on our tracking page. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Delivery
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option selected. BondLuxe partners with trusted couriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Please make sure someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package, as some items may require a signature upon delivery.
